ABOUT

Kenneth is an experienced designer and passionate leader with a deep curiosity for the world and design. Over his career, he has brought to market hundreds of successful products across various categories. He is the CEO and founder of impctLAB, a Brooklyn based design and engineering firm focused on impact managing products that provide protection for humans and things. Prior to founding impctLAB, he spent two years at Windpact as the VP of Design and Development, where he oversaw all client-based projects as well as sets the company's commercial strategy. Before that he spent 5+ years at Bern Helmets as the Design Director, where he lead the company's design strategy. As a member of the company's executive team, he is also responsible for business development and strategic partnerships and works directly with large retailers such as REI, Target, and International partners. Prior to Bern, he led the design and development of the watch category for numerous large licensed brands, such as Champion, Kenneth Cole, Tommy Bahama & Sperry Top-Sider.

Born outside of DC, he studied Industrial Design at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit and has lived in Dallas, Brooklyn, Boston, and is now back in Brooklyn. With an insatiable love for travel, through work and pleasure, he has been fortunate to visit over 23 countries, spanning 5 continents.  These new experiences and cultures help inspire his design and spark a passion that keeps him dedicated to creating meaningful products and experiences that will leave a lasting impression on people around the world.
