New Balance: Urban Commuter
While I've always doodled shoes this is my first full fledged project. For this two week project (1 week in) I based the shoe design around the urban bike commuter. A growing segment in Boston and many urban areas around the country. I saw a need for a shoe that could provide all of the right features for the ride to work but transition seamlessly into the workplace, without the need for a second designated pair of dress shoes.
