For Summer 2020 we designed entirely new packaging. First and foremost we wanted to addresses a specific need for retailers, due to small spaces most retailers rely on box stack for storage/display. With traditional this could prove daunting for the consumer or staff when a color or size is at the bottom of the stack. Our new design allows customers to access the helmets on their own, breaking down that first barrier in the purchasing process. In addition we revitalized our brand image, informational architecture and made the packaging sustainable. It is made of FSC cardboard printed with Soy ink and is 100% recyclable. By 2021 we will be 100% free as we transition from plastic polybags to cornstarch based bags, making for 100% new and improved customer experience.
